Everyone forgets stuff walletThat's why Wallet is so great. Can't seem to remember your account for that one site you almost never visit? Need to re-install some software you lost the serial number for? Well, you're in trouble. But had you entered that data in Wallet beforehand, you'd be able to retrieve that information instantly. Best of all: because of Wallet's flexibility, it can be used to keep almost any sort of data you can think of! Grocery lists, day agendas, the locations of downtown WiFi hotspots, etc. are just some of the possibilities when using Wallet. You'll never have an excuse to forget things again. Extremely secure Wallet uses military-strength 448-bit Blowfish encryption to secure your most important data. You can feel safe knowing that absolutely nobody will be able to access your Wallet database without the correct password, in or out of the Wallet application.

Wallet includes extra security features to make sure your data is always secure. One of the newest features is Quick-Lock - at the push of a button, Wallet will securely lock itself to any wandering intruders. Use it whenever you leave your desk or Mac! Some of the other options include the ability to clear the clipboard when you quit, automatically lock Wallet after a certain period of time, or even when your Mac goes to sleep. There's even a built-in password assistant to help you choose a password that will be completely undiscoverable. AutoFill your life You'll probably use Wallet to store login information for some of your favorite websites on the internet. But switching back and forth between Wallet and your web browser can be time consuming and tedious. That's why we added the amazing AutoFill feature to Wallet. With a push of a button, Wallet will open your web browser and automatically fill out the login form at that website with your information. Cool? Yes. Useful? Extremely. Intel-Ready Wallet is ready for Intel. This means that along with running natively full speed on Apple's new Intel Macs, you can transfer your database with ease to any Mac - Intel or PowerPC. Your passwords on-the-go walletApple's iPod is the number one gadget everyone carries around with them these days. What better way to use your iPod than to access your passwords? (Other than listening to music, of course!) Now when you use another person's computer and need to find a password, or you need to access other information, you can simply whip out your iPod and reveal your Wallet database! Because you may misplace your iPod, leaving it vulnerable to wandering eyes, you choose which entries you would like to take along with you via drag and drop in Wallet. It's that simple.

User Reaction

I looked high and low for a decent password/serial number manager with a real Mac OS X "look and feel". I was just about to give up and lo and behold I found it -- Wallet 2.0! I can't wait to ditch my homemade FileMaker database and start using Wallet. Good work guys! I paid my shareware fee within the first 10 minutes.

In typical Mac fashion, it was the elegant and simple user interface that made me download it. After I did, I discovered myself setting up groups for all sorts of other categories not even related to passwords - Comic releases for the week, for example. Wallet's excellent implementation of custom headers means you can really use it as a (very simple) database for any sort of information. I bought it within my first day of use, and look forward to what the developers have down the road.

Thanks for the cool product -- I have tried lots of alternatives, including Wallet v1, and it's clear that you have been focused on your users. Your product has come a long way, and the competition just kinda sucks.

- Paul, Happy Customer

Wallet is one of those rare applications that everyone could use. Without a doubt it is also the finest I've seen. The number of refined features, the intuitive interface, and the incredible amount of security is astounding for a shareware app. I am absolutely positive that if you download it you too will think Apple wrote it.

Having used both PasswordMaster X and Wallet , the thing that really makes Wallet superior in my mind is the interface. Both apps contain the same list of features for the most part, but Wallet makes using these features a much more simple and rewarding experience.

A damned fine little application that's probably the best in its category.
